How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped, please allow for additional processing time currently due to COVID-19.
How do I cancel an order?
Our goal at Rugged Charms is process and ship orders quickly.  Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.  You can refuse order and have it sent back to sender, please allow 5-10 business days to received at warehouse or ship back at your own cost for return or exchange.
What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact us immediately at shipping@ruggedcharms.com so we can resolve the issue.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
In the rare occurrence that an item was damaged during transit, please contact us for an exchange at shipping@ruggedcharms.com
