Return Policy

Returns

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Last Chance and Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before Sending a Return

Email shipping@ruggedcharms.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with the correct return instructions and return address. Please do not mail a return before receiving those instructions.

Use a trackable shipping method. Rugged Charms cannot reimburse return-shipping costs.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at shipping@ruggedcharms.com. Defective items are covered by a one-year replacement warranty from the original purchase date.

Refund Processing

We will email you when your return has been received and processed. After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may require additional time to post it to your account.
