One-Year Replacement Warranty

Defective Rugged Charms products are eligible for replacement for one year from the original retail purchase date. If the original item is unavailable, Rugged Charms may replace it with a comparable product.

To request warranty assistance, email shipping@ruggedcharms.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

This warranty applies to product defects and does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, alteration, or loss.
